“…I’m in love” and thus the story begins! (more on this later)
Jeff and I have known each other for 15 years; it wasn’t until this past summer that we fell madly in love and now our journey begins.
We are moving to Boston! Er, well, Fall River, BUT only temporarily. It’s a pit stop on our journey to get to Boston.
What’s with the name of the blog? Well, living in Fall River means living with Jeff’s parents and is eerily familiar to the show “everyone loves Raymond” minus the older brother (Jeff’s an only child).
The fact is, I love his parents, they are some of the most generous and humble people you will ever meet, BUT, I haven’t lived with parents for 13 years and I’ve lived by myself for the last 10 years. Gulp. What better way to remember this time then by blogging? Or maybe blogging is just a positive outlet- we’ll see.
This is a blog about the stories, people and funny things that will inevitable take place as we make our way from Fall River to Boston and as Jeff and I start an exciting new life together.
Grateful to be on this journey with the love of my life and also grateful for both sets of parents who have given us both unconditional love, encouragement and support (mom you were right about Jeff all along). : )
